I'm a GOLD member to eFloristsRus, as for the last couple of years I've been trying to find a relay service that suited my needs, not the services needs.
When we were recommended to join Paul & his team at eFloristsRus, I rang & after talking with the knowledgable Paul, I signed up immediately. One of my questions to Paul at the time was regarding sending orders.
I have over the last 4 years phoned florists direct which is great when you have time but in the end proves not to be as fantastic as it sounds, the measly amount of money you take from the orders barely covers the time it takes to find a florist & then phone them & you still don't get return orders.

My name is Helen Hindmarsh, owner of A Floral Indulgence in Gosford NSW. I was the first florist to sign up with eFloristsRus in November 2003, hence my nickname of "001".
I just want to tell everyone how great I think eFloristsRus is going. It's really great to be able to tell people you have a website to begin with, and even if they don't order through your site, quite often they've seen it and ring you and place an order that way.
Sometimes when we are busy and can't look for orders that have come in, Paul & his team will ring and let you know one is sitting there. Where else would you get service like that??
I've noticed that I'm getting a lot more hits now as eFloristsRus is growing. The other thing I really like about eFloristsRus is that we ... the florist ... get all the money, no middle man, no-one skimming from the top and then hitting us as well (some of you will know what I'm talking about).
I can change the pictures & prices any time I like, and put in different specials if I want. I have my website on my business cards, in the yellow pages book and yellow pages on-line. This way my customers can order direct from another eFloristsRus florist, skipping the networks all together, more money for us, and since we do all the hard work, isn't that just how it should be.
